Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your little one to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn apparel. Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in the original mailer and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
